Gould Title Company has been providing real estate title services to the legal, financial and conveyancing communities for over forty years.  During this time, we have prepared title abstracts for over 20,000 properties in Worcester County and the surrounding areas.  We provide examinations, preliminary reports, attorney certifications and title insurance for every type of real estate project from vacant land to high-rise apartments, from industrial complexes to subdivisions and private homes.

For the ease of our clients, we accept orders placed by telephone, facsimile or mail.  For your convenience, we have included an order form on our website .  A written preliminary report on title is issued, allowing for the review of title information in advance of closing.  Our system allows us to deliver attorney certifications and title insurance policies at closing and to complete future service requests on these titles efficiently and economically. 

We review and record documents upon request at our fully-staffed office located at the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.  Our professional staff has combined over 40 years of conveyancing and title work.
